Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment A tour is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment must be completed 60 days before the tour date. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Guest cancellations: Cancellations made 40+ days before the tour may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Transfers to another tour date or guest may be allowed upon request. Operator cancellations: Tours require a minimum of 6 guests to proceed. If the minimum isn’t met 60 days prior, Bisdak Travels PH reserves the right to cancel the trip. If canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a partial refund or a reschedule option. 3. Booking Changes All changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and possible fees. Changes to dates or number of guests must be made at least 30 days in advance. 4. Travel Insurance Guests must have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost items. We recommend World Nomads. Bisdak Travels PH will not be held responsible for any losses due to lack of adequate insurance. 5. Health & Safety Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to join activities. Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. Bisdak Travels PH reserves the right to decline participation for safety reasons. 6. Inclusions & Exclusions Tour prices include only the services listed in the itinerary. Personal expenses, tips, optional activities, and insurance are not included unless stated. 7. Guest Conduct Respect for local culture and fellow travelers is expected at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund. 8. Liability Bisdak Travels PH is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages unless caused by direct negligence. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, political issues, or other uncontrollable factors. 9. Force Majeure We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. 10. Media Release Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for Bisdak Travels marketing. Let us know in writing if you prefer not to be included. 11.
